Job Description: As a Wine Specialist, you will join our dynamic team with a focus on sales and operations. You will play a major role in assisting clients with the selection and purchase of wine, assisting with store operations, assisting with the acquisition of private cellars, inventory management, and event organization.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Employees also receive a significant discount on personal wine purchases. Part-time candidates must be available to work at least 12 hours per week in our Buffalo store, including some Saturdays. Full-time positions will also be considered. Candidates must be able to lift and move a case of wine.

Business Operations Manager

You love running the day-to-day of the business, and take great pride in “making sure the trains run on-time.” You are passionate about building a business and executing a business plan. You can wear many hats and work across different business functions. You are high-energy and fun!
Job Description: You will work as a right hand to the President managing business operations, and helping to optimize and scale our business functions. You are primarily responsible for integrating the different areas of our business and managing communication across the organization, ensuring alignment with core values.
Other responsibilities include:
- Managing store operations.
- Budget oversight.
- Delivering superior hospitality and customer service to our clients.
- Managing supply chain receiving and logistics.
- Physical inventory management.
- Project management and execution.
- Defining and refining organizational core processes.
