After starting his clothing line in the 1950s, Robert Talbott planted vines in 1982 and quickly established one of the premier wineries in the Santa Lucia Highlands. They craft 100% estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir each offering a unique expression of the prestigious Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. The Logan Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented, using 20% new oak. Floral aromatics, lush pear, apple and tropical fruits accented with savory vanilla and spice.
