Serio e Batista Borgogno Barolo Chinato
After serving as Mayor of Barolo, Francesco Borgogno established his winery in 1897, at the time the only winery on the Cannubi hill. The estate remains family owned with fourth-generation sisters Anna and Paola now handing the reins over to their daughters. The recipe for this Chinato has passed through generations. It is a mix of Borgogno’s best Barolo with an infusion of herbs and spices. A perfect foil for chocolate desserts.
