Seaver Vineyards GTS Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

VM96: The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is superb. In fact, the 2019 might be the best GTS I have ever tasted. A whole range of floral and savory top notes give the 2019 its beguiling, crazy aromatics. Inky blue/purplish fruit, tobacco, sage, mint and dried flowers are all wonderfully vibrant in the glass. This 2019 is memorable. That's pretty much all there is to it.
