Scarpetta is a project between Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey and chef de partie Lachlan Patterson who worked together at The French Laundry. They consider themselves Friuliophiles, even opening a restaurant in Denver inspired by the Friulian food and culture. This field blend of Trebbiano, Glera, and Chardonnay from the Italian hills of Veneto is crisp and clean with delicate bubbles.
