Renieri Invetro 2013

JS91: "This shows aromas of ripe plums with dark licorice. More fresh and straightforward with plenty of juicy and delicious fruit and a wonderful clean finish. Drink now."
The Renieri estate was purchased by Marco Bacci of Chianti Classico’s well-respected Castello di Bossi in the late 1990’s. It sits in the southern quadrant of Montalcino on volcanic soils that give the wines amazing minerally undertones. Invetro is mostly Sangiovese with some Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. It’s full of juicy and delicious fruit with a clean finish and ripe tannins.
