Pierre Girardin Cote de Nuits Villages 2019

Pierre-Vincent Girardin is the 13th generation of his family to make wine in Burgundy, learning in the cellar of his father, Vincent Girardin, from a very young age. When the elder Girardin sold his domaine in 2011, he retained 4.5 hectares of his best sites to pass on to his son. In 2017, Pierre-Vincent made his first vintage and has since established himself as a rising star.
The Cote de Nuits Villages is made from 25+-year-old vines (33% whole cluster) and aged in barrel for at least 9 months. Practicing organic.
