Pagliarese Chianti Classico 2020

Here, Sangiovese is blended with small amounts of Canaiolo (for softness) and Mammolo (floral and spice). It is aged in neutral Slavonian oak botti. The result is a juicy and refined wine, filled with dark fruits. Organic. 

JS91: This has aromas of tomato leaves, sour cherries, redcurrants and lemon pith. Crunchy and savory with a medium body and grainy tannins. Excellent freshness of fruit. Drink now or hold.
