La Transicion Cebreros Garnacha 2018

WA90: The 2018 La Transición Tinto follows the path of the 2017 with added complexity and nuance, and it's clean and floral but with more acidity and a more vibrant sensation on the palate. The destemmed grapes fermented in concrete with indigenous yeasts, and the wine matured in a combination of concrete tanks and 1,500-liter oak vats for around one year. This is a real bargain. It has the Gredos granite texture and sapidity at an unbeatable price.
