David Jackson purchased this family vineyard after 5 years of searching for his ideal terroir. JAX Vineyards sources their estate Cabernet Sauvignon from their vineyard in northern Calistoga. This has bright acidity and a core of ripe fruit, with a persistent mineral and herbal finish. It’s rich, dense, and pure. A great value and drinkable now but will age for years.
