Fisher Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard 2012

WA94: Opaque purple, with blackberry liqueur, licorice, truffle and a touch of charcoal and camphor is the 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Wedding Vineyard. I believe this comes from a vineyard right in front of the winery, and is impressively concentrated, multilayered and full-bodied, with sweet tannin and a long, long finish. It’s the richest and most complete of what is an impressive group of Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Drink this one over the next 12-15 years.
