Enrico Serafino is a specialist in classic method sparkling wine, having produced this style since the winery opened in 1878. The name 'Oudeis' is derived from Greek and means 'no one' - recognizing that the unique terroir of Langa is the most important element in this wine's quality. Brilliant pale yellow with an intense rich aroma of honey, flowers, and white fruits enhanced with bread crust and fine yeast aromas. It's elegant and fresh with a long, mineral finish.
