Xavier Besson is a small domaine in the Givry appellation that has been family owned for four generations. The vineyards sit on clay soils, with a deep bedrock of limestone, with vines 30-50 years old. Aged 12 months in large barriques. Juicy and pure showing a penetrating quality and delicate minerality with  flavors of red berries and flowers. Sustainable.
