A master of natural wine in Montlouis, in France’s Loire Valley, Francois Chidaine also crafts incredible everyday wines in Spain. He works with very old vine Monastrell and Tempranillo at high altitudes, to produce absolutely delicious and affordable reds and whites. Tres P is 60% Monastrell and 40% Tempranillo, organically farmed, hand-harvested, and aged 8 months in stainless steel. Intense raspberry, floral and spice notes. Ridiculously easy to drink.
