VM89: The 2018 Chablis is a very pretty wine. Citrus, pear, grapefruit and floral overtones are nicely lifted in a gracious, airy Chablis that will drink well right out of the gate. The delicate, understated style is best enjoyed with similarly light foods.

A small family estate with a modernized cellar in the outskirts of the village of Milly, beneath the Premier Cru Cote de Lechet. The philosophy is to produce pure, clean wine. All the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks.

An immensely drinkable, light-bodied Chardonnay. The wine is aged 6 months in stainless steel before release. Beautiful citrus, peach and floral notes. Sustainable.
