We were excited to discover this under-the-radar producer led by Franck Champeau. Franck and his cousin, Guy, are the third generation to run the domaine. This is textbook Pouilly-Fume. Rich, mineral-driven and elegant. Compare this to wines twice the price and it will hold its own. Pair with fish, goats cheese and chicken.
