David Trousselle is a tiny producer in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, that only produces single-vineyard Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. While this appellation is quite vast, his vineyards are extremely well located, nestled in a valley between St Aubin and St Romain.

This wine is medium-bodied and lively, loaded with crunchy dark red fruit and earth. Great interplay between fruit, acid and tannins. Practicing Organic.
