David Trousselle Bourgogne Aligote 2021

David Trousselle is a tiny producer in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune that only produces single-vineyard wines from extremely well located vineyards nestled in a valley between St Aubin and St Romain.

The Aligote comes from a small clay-limestone site planted in 1990, hand-harvested and organically farmed. The wine is aged 12 months in neutral French oak. This is incredibly delicious with fresh, floral notes and a gorgeous mineral core.
