Dalla Valle Maya 2011

WA92-95: The 2011 Maya stands apart from most recent vintage because of its bright, fresh aromatic and flavor profile. Raspberry jam, cloves and crushed flowers are all layered into this surprisingly powerful wine. This is one of the more intense 2011s I have tasted so far. I am curious to see how the 2011 develops over the next year. Today, though, it is quite promising.
