Collosorbo's estate vineyards combine three of the region's soil types: red clay, gray galestro, and sandy limestone. Grapes are harvested by hand and all wines are aged in neutral oak cask in the family cellar beneath the walls of the estate's ancient castle. The Rosso is one of Montalcino's great values. Full-bodied, complex and exotic. This is traditional Sangiovese at its finest.
