Chateau de Chantegrive Graves Rouge 2014
Chantegrive is an insider’s secret in Bordeaux. Founded in 1966 by the well-known courtier, Henri Leveque, the vineyard parcels reflect a myriad of terroirs in the Southern Graves. The vines are on average 30 years of age. The red is 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon aged 15 months in oak. It is medium-bodied and smooth, with wild berry, plum, spice and tobacco notes. A versatile wine with food-pairings.
