Chateau Guiot has long been a favorite of ours in the Costieres de Nimes. Here the Cornut family produces impeccable wines made for the table and for sharing with friends. This is a great example of their craft, made from Syrah and Grenache. Well-made and easy-drinking, packed with red cherry fruit (they have orchards on the property) and a touch of mineral.
