Chateau Fieuzal Pessac Leognan 2015

A 400-year-old property that has been cared for by 5 different families. The Fieuzal team is close-knit and committed to preserving the tradition of both Graves and the Chateau. After years of cultivating the land, the Quinn family, along with winemaker Stephen Carrier, are working toward a certified organic property. The vines are an average of 30-years-old, which results in a delicious, dark and plum/blackberry Cabernet Sauvignon. There is such freshness to this wine, which will age for decades!
JS94: "Blackberry and plums sit amid violets, earthy notes and gentle, hazelnut oak. The palate delivers attractively smooth, supple tannins that carry long flavors of fresh dark cherries. Try from 2020." - James Suckling
