Chateau Bernadotte has the same winemaking team as Chateau Pichon Comtesse de Lalande in Pauillac. This left bank estate has a 35-hectare vineyard with gravel, sand, and clay soils. This Bordeaux blend is full, with ripe berry fruits and earthy undertones. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to evolve.
JS90: Lots of currants and sweet tobacco in this wine on the nose. Full body, with firm tannins and a fresh finish. Tight and silky. Drink or hold.
