Champagne Labruyere Prologue Grand Cru Extra Brut

The Labruyere family established Domaine Labruyere in 1850 in Beaujolais. The family now has 4 estates, including Chateau Rouget in Pomerol and Domaine Jacques Prieur in Burgundy. Their historic Champagne house sits in the picturesque Grand Cru village of Verzenay in the Montagne de Reims. Prologue is 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from their Grand Cru vineyards. Look for subtle toasty aromas, dried fruits, and roasted hazelnut. This is beautifully structured and full of energy.
