Champagne Bereche et Fils Brut Reserve [Pre-arrival]

Champagne Bérêche et Fils has now taken its place among the region’s finest producers. Dating back to 1847, it is the more recent innovations of Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche that have cemented its reputation. With roughly equal plantings of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier spread over multiple villages, the brothers have an incredible diversity of sources within their 9 hectares. The range begins with the Brut Réserve, composed of about one-third each of the three major varieties. A model of harmony, nuance, and verve, it is a complex expression of the domaine’s varied terroirs. Spicy, fruity, nutty, and wildly delicious. Organic.
