Bodegas Tajinaste Valle de la Orotava Blanco Seco 2016
Tajinaste is a family run bodega in the Canary Islands, named after the beautiful flower that grows on Tenerife (depicted on the labels). Winemaker Agustín Farrais trained in Bordeaux and works with vines planted in 1914. Blanco Seco is mostly Listán Blanco grown at high altitudes. It’s mineral-driven with a bracing backbone of acidity and a creamy, round finish. Sustainable.
