Bodegas Muga Rioja Blanco Barrel Fermented 2017
Since 1932, Muga has been known for their traditional techniques, including the use of oak barrels made in-house. This Rioja Blanco is 90% Viura and 10% Malvasia, fermented slowly in new French oak casks and left on its lees for a further 3 months before bottling. Look for mineral, apple, spice, and floral notes, with great richness and acidity. Perfect for shellfish, tapas, and Octopus La Rioja Style. Sustainable.
