Crafted in Western New York since 2006, BlackBird Cider Works founder Scott Donovan purchased a commercial apple orchard and began experimenting with blends of apples making small batches of hard cider using a restored 1920’s cider press. The Estate Reserve Semi-Dry is a classic American session cider, medium dry with a fruity apple aroma, crisp refreshing taste and light finish.
