Avinyó Cava Brut Reserva 2014
It all started when Andre Tamers (owner of De Maison Selections) convinced Avinyó to stop selling their amazing Cava to larger producers and start bottling for themselves. Run by Joan Esteve and his four children in Penedès, Avinyó’s vines are much older than average. They stick to traditional method with only free-run juice fermenting in oak before aging 24 months in bottle. Easily mistaken for a higher-end Champagne.
