Wine Club Frequently Asked Questions:

When I join a Wine Club, when will my wine be shipped?  When you join a club, your first club order will be processed immediately, and your first wine will normally ship within two business days.  Subsequent shipments (either monthly or every-other month depending on your Club) will ship the on the same day of the month as your first shipment.

How do I know which wines I will be getting in a Club shipment?  Wines will be chosen from our Merchant Selections page, and will be selected to provide the best possible wine experience.  Cases will include 1-2 bottles of each wine, and every effort will be made to create a case of amazing hand-picked wines that average $17 or less from different regions and varietals.

Can I give someone a Wine Club as a gift?  Yes!  You may call us, or sign-up for a Club online.  Enter the recipient's name and address under the shipping section, and enter your own credit card information under the billing section.  You can let us know how many shipments you would like us to send as your gift, and will cancel at the end of your requested period. 

How much will the Wine Club cost me?  Investing in our Wine Club offers the best discount available.  On average, you will receive bottles that cost $17 each, and often less!  Since wines are hand-selected monthly, each shipment will fluctuate slightly, however you can expect to be billed between $165 and $215 per month.  Simply stated, at $17 bottle, one case equals $204 and ships for FREE in NY State (after saving approximately $45, which is basically 2 bottles for free!).  For other states, please review our Shipping Policies.

What's the catch?  None!  There is no obligation to stay in the Wine Club, and you are able to cancel at any time.  We look forward to enjoying new wines with you, cheers!
