A value production from Selbach-Oster, a top German producer in the Mosel region. The region is known for its steeply inclined vineyard sites, as well as the porous slate soil, which has ideal drainage for the heavy rainfall, and good heat-retaining properties. This is a delicious off-dry Riesling, with a floral and honeyed note, leading to crisp apple and a core of mouthwatering acidity.
