San Fabiano is owned by the Counts Borghini Baldovinetti de Bacci. It is located on the hills north east of Arezzo and covers 750 hectares which are divided into three large vineyards facing south. This is a fresh Chianti that is considered a high quality everyday wine in Tuscany. It is a good choice for casual, informal drinking, yet goes well with pasta dishes and grilled meats.
