Mud House believes that the best possible wines will express themselves through the unique terroir of the Wairau Valley. Silt, loam and gravel, which have been deposited from the river, dominate the soil structure. This shows passion fruit, currant and lime aromas with a whiff of straw and the faintest suggestion of mint. It is crisp, concentrated and medium bodied with a long finish.
