According to ancient Persian legend, King Jamsheed was able to observe his entire realm by peering into his full wine goblet. We thought this a fitting name for a wine that blends grapes from every block of our vineyard. Sourced from Dijon and Pommard vines planted on a variety of soil types and at different elevations, Jamsheed is a glimpse into our “realm."

The 2008 Jamsheed Pinot Noir has intense flavors of pomegranates, plums and ripened dark cherries. As the wine progresses to the back palate, soft hints of tobacco and dark fruits blend to produce a burst of zest. With balanced acidity and tannins, the Jamsheed flavors come in layers and with a delicacy that gives this a heightended elegance.
