Dating to 1808, Chapoutier is one of the most important producers in the Rh?ne. This is a classic regional Ros? with notes and flavors of dried cherry, rose petal and watermelon rind that linger on the floral-tinged finish. A wonderful accompaniment to summer recipes. Medium-bodied. 90% Grenache, and 10% Syrah and Cinsault.
