Entrefaux vineyards lie in Mercurol, said to be some of the best sectors within Crozes-Hermitage. The grapes of 30 year old vines are hand harvested and fermented with natural yeasts. Showing dark fruit, classic Rhone spice of black & white pepper, juniper and some Asian spices. It has a medium-full texture and lovely framing acidity.
