From one of Grasso's three vineyards in Monforte - three hectares, 300-350 meters above sea level, and south-facing, on slightly clayey, calcareous soil. This is a beautiful Barolo, with sweet, balsamic and mineral notes. It covers the palate with endless layers of fruit, showing exceptional richness, density and balance. Cellar-worthy.
