This small estate, owned by the Courtil-Thibaut family, includes some impressive old vine parcels on the high plateau of Brusquieres in the north-central section of Chateauneuf du Pape. Made from a slightly different blend of 67% Grenache, 32% Syrah and 1% Mourvedre 95% aged in concrete and 5% in barrels, possesses a dark ruby color as well as sweet black currant and raspberry fruit intertwined with earthy undertones, and hints of licorice as well as spring flowers.
