One of the 1855 classification's deuxi?me cru. The vineyard is unsurprisingly typical of Barsac, a mix of red sand and clay, with a solid limestone bedrock, peppered with fossilized shellfish. Masses of crushed grape, honey and hints of clove and nutmeg. Full-bodied, very sweet and very lively, with lots of acidity and spicy fruit. Long and flavorful, with loads of passion fruit flavor.
