Located in the Loire Valley’s Touraine district just east of the city of Tours, Vouvray is dedicated almost exclusively to wines made from Chenin blanc. This is a classic example of “everyday” Chenin, with bright acidity and delicious pear, quince and fig flavors. It is an off-dry style, and incredibly clean and long on the finish! -EG (7/12)
