In 1581, at the summit of a wonderful hill, south-west of Montalcino, the Villa of Argiano was built among marley limestone, clay vineyards and olive grooves. This offers an interesting combination of currant, raspberry and meat on the nose. Full-bodied, with chewy tannins and a spicy dried fruit after taste. 40% Cabernet, 20% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot and 20% Syrah.
