Chef Kevin O'Connell Jr.'s seasonal ingredients intersect with the whimisical style of The Bistro. Modern, stylish and sophisticated, The Bistro offers a chic destination in the heart of the queen city with a distinctive restaurant, lounge and bar in addition to lively outdoor seating. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a late afternoon cocktail or an exciting evening out on the town while taking in the see-and-be-seen ambiance. Working closely with his design team Chef O'Connell has made The Bistro's luxurious signature style combining clean design with sumptuous details.

As a nod to the restaurant's heritage, the original sun dial dome over the bar continues to sparkle, merging the classic with the contemporary. The Bistro's main focal point, howerever, is the bar, topped with beautiful glass mosiacs, and fronted with pounded copper. The main dining area has been redesigned to give an open and light feel to the entire room. The hand painted one of a kind mural that adorns the back wall of the main dining room adds to the bistro feel while lending a whimsical look into a street in the French country side, the private "Chef's Room" located in the front of the restaurant, lends itself to more formal and private dining. With the new addition of audio visual equipment in the room, we are able to meet our business customers needs without hesitation. The front dining room seats up to 18 and is adorned with a privacy curtain so your next business gathering can be made easy.
